You may order all of our items shown on our website. If you are looking for something that is not on our site please give us a call and we will try our best to find it for you.

How Can I Order?

You may order via our online catalog, send and order request via email, or give us a call toll free at 1-800-725-3422 anytime during business hours 6a.m. - 6p.m. Sunday - Wednesday and 6 a.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday - Saturday.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

We generally ship via UPS Ground and Priority Mail, but if you should need an express services please give us a call for an estimate.

Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days
First Class Mail: 1-7 Business Days
Parcel Post: 2-9 Business Days
UPS Ground: 2-3 Business Days
UPS 2nd Day Air: Afternoon Second Business Day
UPS Next Day Air: Afternoon Next Business Day

How Can I Pay?

You may pay with credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. If you select "Do Not Store my Card" option during checkout we will not be able to capture the funds from you. We will have to contact you to get your card number which will slow your order from shipping. You can now also use PayPal as a payment option. We will also except Money Orders but please make sure to call before sending it to make sure of the exact total. Please NO Checks!

What Happens If I Don't Recieve My Order?

Most UPS and Priority Mail packages are covered by insurance and can be replaced if lost or damaged during transit. If you do receive your package and it is damaged please let us know as quickly as possible and keep all products and packaging.

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

Your credit card will not be charged immediately after placing an online order. Your card will be charged once the order is complete and ready to be shipped. If any items you order are back-ordered you will not be charged for those items and you will  be contacted by one of our employees for further information. If you select "Do Not Store My Card" during checkout we will not be able to capture the funds from you. We will have to contact you for your credit card information and this will slow the shipping process for your order.

Can I Change/Add To My Order After It Has Been Submitted?

We begin processing your order as soon as it has been submitted but if you should need to change/add your order, please give us a call at 1-800-725-3422 and we will try to get it changed before it leaves the store. Any changes may be subject to an additional charge to your card due to an increase/decrease in merchandise or shipping costs. 

What If The Product I Ordered Was Not What I Had In Mind When I Ordered?

You are welcome to return any item that was purchased from Brannan's Bass Shop. The item returned must be sent back in the same condition it was recieved. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, Brannan's Bass Shop will only credit you for the product cost.

Will I Have To Pay Taxes?

Residents from every state of the U.S. except from Texas are exempt from paying sales tax. For Texas residents sales taxes are 6.75%

What If I Recieve Products That Are Incorrect From My Order?

If you recieve product that is different than what you ordered then please contact Brannan's as soon as possible. One of our employees will take note of the mistake and take action from there. If that action includes returning the product you will be shipped the correct merchandise and you will not be charged for the shipping costs for the new merchandise. The returned merchandise must be in original packaging and unopened. Please make sure before you return anything, you call ahead and get everything straight with one of our employees.
